Flu jabs now come in "small"

Winter is fast approaching and with it, the cold and flu season.

Clive and Vaudin can now give you the flu jab - right here in the pharmacy. You can have your injection at a time to suit you - no appointment required.
And, best of all (for those of you who don't like needles), you have the choice of a standard injection (intra-muscular) or the new Intanza vaccine which is a micro-injection system which penetrates the skin instead of needing to go deep into the muscle. The needle is 10 times shorter!

Vaccinations costs $45, although some people are eligible for a free vaccine. Call Clive or Vaudin on 04 564 8618 if you would like further details, or just pop in and see us.

You can also give your immune system a boost with Buccaline tablets. Just one course of Buccaline gives everyone (from young children to the very elderly) protection for up to three months. It's a very cost effective way to help you stay healthy this winter as it can prevent sore throats, cold, coughs and runny noses - but it is NOT a replacement for the flu jab!
